Tin Fung Group Congratulates General Manager Mr. So Sai Cheong on his reappointment as Director of the 59th Term Yan Chai Hospital Board

Tin Fung Group is pleased to announce that its General Manager, Mr. So Sai Cheong, has been reappointed as Director of the 59th Term Yan Chai Hospital Board. The inauguration ceremony was successfully held on 17 April at the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The ceremony was graced by the presence of Professor Lo Chung-mau, BBS, JP, Secretary for Health, and Ms. Alice Mak Mei-kuen, SBS, JP, Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs.

Committed to Charity, Reappointed as Director

Mr. So Sai Cheong was first appointed as a Director of the Yan Chai Hospital Board in 2025. Over the past year, he has actively participated in numerous charitable activities, including serving as a committee member and officiating at the opening ceremony for the TV Charity Show, and sponsoring the "Charity Ball for overseas students 2025", raising funds for the Yan Chai Emergency and Social Service Fund.

Upon his reappointment as Director, Mr. So said, “I would like to thank my team at Tin Fung Group for their support, and Yan Chai Hospital for their trust. Special thanks go to Mr. Gary Chu, the 58th Board Chairman, for his hard work and dedication over the past year – under his leadership, Yan Chai's charitable work has been outstanding. I also sincerely congratulate Ms. Wendy Law on assuming the role of the 59th Board Chairperson; I believe that under her leadership, Yan Chai will achieve even greater success. The greatest joy of serving as a Director is being able to genuinely help others. Over the past year, I have witnessed first-hand how Yan Chai supports families in need, and I am deeply moved.
