
Mr. So Sai Cheung, General Manager of Tin Fung Group (first from left), represented the Group at the "Year of the 'Bingwu' Spring Reception of Hong Kong Financial Services Sector" held on 2 March at the Hong Kong Financial Assembly Hall, attending in his capacity as a committee member of the Precious Metals Association.
Mr. Jacky So joined the event, which was co-organised by the Honourable Mr. Robert Lee Wai Wang, Legislative Council Member (Financial Services Sector), together with 13 industry associations. The reception brought together several hundred industry leaders and representatives of regulatory bodies.
The Honourable Mr. Paul Chan Mo Po, GBM, GBS, MH, JP, Financial Secretary of the HKSAR, was invited as the Guest of Honour. In his address, Mr. Chan highlighted the strong momentum of Hong Kong's financial markets and elaborated on the strategic direction of mutually reinforcing "AI+" and "Finance+" to drive high-quality development across the board.

The Financial Secretary noted that the Government will:
Promote the financial industry to actively embrace the AI trend
Continuously strengthen the market through "Finance+"
Support emerging industries such as aerospace
Explore new professional service areas including intellectual property and data asset valuation

During the event, Dr. Kelvin Wong Tin Yau, Chairman of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), and Mr. Carlson Tong Ka Shing, Chairman of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), shared valuable insights with guests on the above policy directions and market opportunities.
Mr. Jacky So commented:
