Tin Fung Group is pleased to announce that it was invited to participate in the prestigious "TVB Environmental, Social and Governance Awards 2025" earlier this year, and has received a Participation Certificate from the organiser in recognition of the Group's ongoing contributions and active commitment to the fields of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG). This recognition serves as an encouragement and further strengthens our determination to embed the principles of sustainable development into every aspect of our corporate operations.

As a diversified group rooted in Hong Kong, with businesses spanning the entire precious metals value chain and high‑end asset custody services, Tin Fung Group deeply understands that long‑term corporate value is intrinsically linked to the well‑being of the environment and society. We view ESG as the cornerstone of our corporate development and have systematically integrated it into our strategy and daily operations.

Environment (E) – Practising Green Responsibility in Our Operations

Tin Fung Group has always been committed to finding ways to achieve environmental protection and resource conservation. Our production lines are gradually adopting solar energy. At present, we are reducing carbon emissions by nearly 40 tonnes per year. Tin Fung also continuously explores ways to reduce our ecological footprint, including the use of traceable raw materials and the implementation of energy‑efficient production processes. We constantly monitor resource usage during our operations and, through improved facility management and processes, strive to minimise our environmental footprint and do our part to combat climate change.

Social (S) – Fulfillig Social Responsibility Through Our Core Business

The very nature of Tin Fung's business is itself a fulfilment of a profound social trust:

• Protecting wealth and security: Our Tin Fung Smart Vault service uses high‑level security measures to safeguard both important tangible assets and intangible memories for the community.

• Upholding industry integrity: In our precious metals business, we strictly adhere to internationally recognised testing standards (ISO / RJC), ensuring fair transactions and the exact gold content of products, thereby maintaining market trust.

• Empowering employee growth and engaging in charitable work: We regard our employees as our most valuable asset and are committed to fostering an inclusive, safe, equal and opportunity‑rich work environment. The company actively encourages and supports employees to participate in community service. For example, Mr. So Sai Cheong, General Manager of Tin Fung Smart Vault, has been appointed as a member of the 58th Board of Directors of Yan Chai Hospital since 2025, personally participating in promoting charitable work in healthcare, education and other areas. This is a true reflection of Tin Fung's corporate culture amd dedication to public welfare.
